Create your host profile
Sign up, set your role as Host, and complete your profile with a photo and short bio.
Add your property
Upload photos, set your rent, minimum stay, room type, and house rules.
Receive inquiries from Japanese guests
Guests browse listings and send you an inquiry. You'll be notified immediately.
Chat inside Domia
Use the built-in chat to answer questions, share details, and get to know your guest.
Arrange an online inspection
Share a video call link (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) directly in the chat for a virtual tour.
Confirm the match
Both you and the guest click 'Confirm Match'. The guest then pays the Domia service fee.
Welcome your guest
Contact details are unlocked for both sides. Arrange move-in directly with your guest.
